This week, the DP World Tour presents golf bettors with the 2023 Mauritius Open.

The 2023 Mauritius Open will be played at the Heritage La Reserve Golf Club. The golf course is a par 72 that measures approximtely 7,111 yards.

Now that we have established who the current top five golfers in overall scoring average are on the DP World Tour (in this week’s field) let’s shift our focus to my favorite bets for the 2023 Mauritius Open.

Here are two golfers to consider placing on your card to finish in the top five.

Matthieu Pavon +275

Since the beginning of October, Matthieu Pavon has played six events on the DP World Tour. In those six tournaments just noted, Matthieu Pavon accumulated five top 15 finishes, including an impressive win at the 2023 Open de Espana in November.

Additionally, Matthieu Pavon has played well at this week’s DP World Tour event in the past. More specifically, Matthieu Pavon finished second at the 2018 Mauritius Open.

Jayden Schaper +400

The talented young South African has accumulated three consecutive top nine finishes on the DP World Tour, including a fifth place result at the 2023 South African Open two weeks ago.

It should also be noted that Jayden Schaper finished ninth at the 2022 Mauritius Open.
