Seattle Kraken vs Vancouver Canucks Prediction 2-22-24 Picks

The Seattle Kraken and Vancouver Canucks face off on Thursday in an NHL showdown at Climate Pledge Arena. Let’s look at the betting matchup and give a free Canucks vs Kraken prediction.

Kraken Have Been Bad

The Kraken overall this season have been bad, and they have been nothing but a disappointment. In the last game against the Detroit Red Wings, the Kraken gave up four goals and they ended up losing in overtime. The Kraken are averaging 2.73 goals while their defense is giving up 2.82 goals. The offense hasn’t been good and they are ranked 28th in the league. Jared McCann is having a strong season and he has scored 24 goals and added 17 assists so far this season.

Canucks Coming off a Loss

The Canucks in the last game faced off against the Colorado Avalanche and the offense only scored one goal on the way to the victory. At the end of the first period they were up 1-0 but they didn’t score the rest of the game. The Canucks are averaging 3.67 goals while their defense is giving up 2.71 goals per game. The offense is ranked 3rd in the league while the defense is ranked 6th. J.T. Miller had a strong season coring 28 goals and adding 47 assists so far this season. The Canucks will take on the Bruins after this one.

Kraken vs Canucks Betting Prediction

The Canucks are coming off a loss, but they are still the better team heading into this game. The Kraken’s offense is averaging only 2.73 goals per game and they are going to really struggle to get the offense going here. The Canucks will score at least three goals and that is going to be the difference here as Vancouver is going to get the job done. Back the Canucks on the puck line. This is one of my favorite plays on the board for Thursday.
