For the NFL NFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 28, we have the Lions vs 49ers Player Prop Bets. The Detroit Lions beat the Rams and Buccaneers to reach the conference finals, while the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Packers in the previous game.
Lions vs 49ers Player Prop Bets – George Kittle Over 61.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
George Kittle played a vital role in a 27-24 win over Green Bay in the NFC Divisional Round tilt. He had four receptions on seven targets for 81 yards and a touchdown. For the season, including one playoff game, Kittle is averaging 5.70 receptions per game and 15.7 yards per reception.
The total for this pick is 61.5; Kittle had 62+ receiving yards in eight of the previous 11 games. He is facing the Lions’ defense, which hasn’t been good against passing this year. Detroit allows 247.4 ypg through the air, while the 49ers have the 4th best pass offense that averages 257.9 ypg.
Kittle is a solid option in the end zone, and I believe Brock Purdy and his offense will get multiple end zone opportunities on Sunday. This is for the bettors who want to back Kittle to score a TD here. For our bet, though, I think four or five receptions would be more than enough for Kittle to get 62+ receiving yards.
Jared Goff Over 257.5 Passing Yards (-110)
Jared Goff is having an excellent season. He already threw for over 5,000 yards, including two playoff games. In the last three outings, Goff recorded five passing TDs and no interceptions, improving to a 33/12 TD/INT record this season.
In five of the previous six games, Goff threw for 258+ yards, and in the only game he failed to do so, he had exactly 257 yards. San Francisco has a solid pass defense that allows 214.2 ypg, but the 49ers are facing the second-best pass offense in the NFL which averages 258.9 ypg.
I believe the Lions will play from behind for most of the game, so Goff will be completing a lot of passes. He has great receiving options in Amon-Ra St. Brown, Sam LaPorta, and Josh Reynolds. Goff delivered so far in the playoffs, and I am backing him to perform well again in the biggest game he has played since 2018.
That was all for the Lions vs 49ers Player Prop Bets, hopefully, you’ll make a profit. For more NFL prop picks, make sure to read the Chiefs vs Ravens Player Prop Bets.
