There are five games on the NBA schedule for Tuesday, January 30, and we cover all of them, starting with the Pacers vs Celtics Player Prop Bets. The Indiana Pacers are searching for the fourth win in a row when they visit the Boston Celtics, who look to get back-to-back victories after defeating the Pelicans last night.
Pacers vs Celtics Player Prop Bets – Tyrese Haliburton Under 36.5 Points, Assists, and Rebounds (-125)
Tyrese Haliburton is experiencing the best season of his career. He leads the Pacers in points (23.6), assists (12.6), steals (1.1), and minutes per game (33.4). Haliburton missed ten of the previous 11 games with a hamstring injury and is listed as questionable for tonight’s game, but plans to play.
However, I believe the Pacers will be cautious with Tyrese and will give him limited time on the floor. He suffered an injury the last time he faced the Celtics, while in a game before, Haliburton combined for 29 PTS, AST, and REB.
Tyrese will need time to get back to full strength and this matchup against Boston is not very good for him. In 11 career games against the Celtics, Haliburton averaged 19.0 ppg, 4.2 rpg, and 7.6 apg. I don’t think he will combine for more than 30 PTS, AST, and REB this time out.
Jaylen Brown Over 22.5 Points (-135)
For the second pick in the Pacers vs Celtics Player Prop Bets, I have a player who likes to play against Indy recently. Jaylen Brown is Boston’s second top-scorer with 22.6 ppg this season. Although he didn’t play particularly well when it comes to scoring lately, I am backing Brown to score 23+ in a favorable matchup against the Pacers.
Indiana has the third-worst defense that allows 122.8 ppg, while the Pacers allow 23.0 ppg to the opposing small forwards. Brown destroyed the Pacers in the previous three H2Hs, scoring 30, 31, and a season-high 40 points, respectively.
Brown scored 23+ just once in the last seven games, but that’s because he didn’t face the Pacers in that span. It’s obvious that this matchup suits him, which is the main reason I am backing Brown to score a bunch of points.
