Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 35 points, eight rebounds and nine assists, Jalen Williams added 22 points while Chet Holmgren chipped in with 14 points and nine rebounds. As a team, the Thunder shot 48 percent from the field and nine of 31 from the 3-point line as they allowed the Suns to open the game on a 17-4 run. The Thunder responded with 38 points in the second quarter and another 12-3 run in the fourth quarter to come away with the solid road win in the end. The Thunder will face the Bulls after this game.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers have been building nicely as they’ve won six of their last nine games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back here after getting beaten by the Nuggets in a 124-114 loss on Saturday. LeBron James led the team with 26 points and nine assists, Rui Hachimura added 23 points on 10 of 15 shooting, Austin Reaves added 19 points with 14 assists while Anthony Davis chipped in with 17 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks. As a team, the Lakers shot 52 percent from the field and 12 of 29 from the 3-point line as they got off to a quick start and poured in 66 points in the first half to take an 11-point lead. Still, it wasn’t nearly enough to hold off the Nuggets, who caught fire in the second half thanks to big games from Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. who combined for 60 points on a 26 of 35 shooting. The Lakers will take on the Kings and Bucks after this one.
