Coby White led the team with 26 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists on 10 of 14 shooting, DeMar DeRozan added 21 points while Nikola Vucevic tallied 19 points with 17 rebounds and seven assists. As a team, the Bulls shot 48 percent from the field and 14 of 37 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the Suns from the start, pouring in 39 points in the first quarter to build a 23-point lead, only to get run down right at the end as the Suns’ Kevin Durant drained the game-winner with just 1.1 seconds left on the clock.

As a team, the Lakers shot 48 percent from the field and 11 of 32 from the 3-point line, but they allowed the Clippers to explode for 77 points in the first half and were always fighting an uphill battle falling behind by 16 points. The Lakers will face the Warriors after this one.

The Lakers are still a little below their best, but they were building some momentum before getting stopped in their tracks by the Clippers on Tuesday. I can see why the Lakers would be favored at home, but I’m not comfortable laying this many points. I think the Bulls push the Lakers and at least get the cover here.
