Draftkings Best 2024 Valspar Championship Final Round Picks

This Sunday, the PGA Tour presents the final round of the 2024 Valspar Championship.

Before I discuss my Draftkings player selections, let’s take a look at where the final round of the Valspar Championship will be played.

The final round of the 2024 Valspar Championship will be played at the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor Florida. The golf course is a par 71 that measures approximately 7,340 yards. 

I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact DFS lineup.

Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a DraftKings GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest!

Here are my final round DraftKings player selections for the final round of the 2024 Valspar Championship.

Draftkings Player Picks

Keith Mitchell $9,600

Since the beginning of January, Keith Mitchell has played eight events on the PGA Tour. In those eight tournaments just mentioned, Mitchell accumulated four top 19 finishes, including a ninth-place result at the 2024 Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches three weeks ago.

In relation to this week’s 2024 Valspar Championship field, in the last 12 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Keith Mitchell ranks second in strokes gained tee to green, third in strokes gained approach, second in GIR (greens in regulation), and 16th in birdie or better percentage.

Upon the completion of this afternoon’s third round at the 2024 Valspar Championship, Mitchell is in solo first place with a score of 10 under par.

Brendon Todd $9,200

Two weeks ago, Brendon Todd fired a second round 67 at the 2024 Arnold Palmer Invitational en route to an eventual sixth place finish.

Brendon Todd also finished 24th at the 2015 Valspar Championship.

Peter Malnati $8,000

Peter Malnati has accumulated two top 14 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a 14th place result at the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am last month.

Lee Hodges $7,100

Lee Hodges has accumulated two top 24 finishes in his last four events played on the PGA Tour, including a 12th place result at the 2024 Arnold Palmer Invitational.

In relation to this week’s 2024 Valspar Championship field, in the last 12 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Lee Hodges ranks 15th in strokes gained putting, 16th in driving accuracy, and 14th in par five scoring.
