The Big Red’s first 20 games were a 15-5 run. Cornell would then hit a rough stretch to close out the season, going just 2-5 with losses to Princeton, Penn, Brown, Harvard and Yale. The two wins were over Dartmouth and Columbia otherwise.

ANDREW’S FREE PICK
I’ll probably stay with Yale in this one. It’s been a nice 9-1 stretch for the Bulldogs over the last 10 games; their only loss in that stretch came 66-64 in a road matchup versus Penn on February 17. Yale is scoring well these days; they’ve hit 68 or more points in 10 of their last 11 games. These teams have split their two matchups this year, with the home team taking the victory each time. First was a 94-82 Cornell win on January 13, then a 76-58 Yale victory on February 25. If Yale can keep up the scoring barrage with a good start, I think they’ll be fine. It should be a good matchup overall, though.
