I get why you could look the way of Samford here, as a home dog will always draw the eye of some folks, but this Samford team has been horrendous defensively and that’s not going to fly against a Chattanooga team that’s getting it done on both ends of the floor right now. It always seems to be something with Samford, as the offense shows up but the defense doesn’t, or vice versa. And some days, it’s both that happens to go wrong for Samford. I think this is another spot where Chattanooga’s defense stands tall and gets them a win and cover in this one.
